BIOCORNEUM Transition to Biodermis: FAQs and Essential Info

Effective immediately, BIOCORNEUM is a part of the Biodermis product line. This addition enhances our high-quality scar management offerings, furthering our commitment to innovative and effective skin care.

Ordering BIOCORNEUM Products

Starting today, to order BIOCORNEUM products or for any inquiries, please contact us directly:

To ensure the accuracy of your information, Biodermis will need to validate your customer details during your initial contact. This process is quick and ensures that your service continues without interruption.

Managing Existing Invoices

Any unpaid invoices for BIOCORNEUM product that were issued to customers by Sientra, Inc. should be paid to Sientra following the payment instructions on the invoice.   Starting April 18th, BIOCORNEUM will be exclusively sold by Biodermis, and any invoices for products ordered on April 18th and thereafter should be remitted to Biodermis, following the instructions provided on the new invoices.

Setting Up Biodermis as a New Vendor

If you have not previously done business with Biodermis LLC, it is important to add us to your system as a vendor.  Biodermis LLC should replace Sientra, Inc. as the vendor for BIOCORNEUM products listed in your system.

Q: How can I order BIOCORNEUM products now?

A: Starting April 18, 2024, all orders for BIOCORNEUM products should be directed to Biodermis through the provided phone number or email address. This change helps streamline your ordering process and ensures you receive continuous, high-quality service.

Q: Who do I pay for invoices received before April 18, 2024?

A: Any unpaid invoices for BIOCORNEUM product that were issued to customers by Sientra, Inc. should be paid to Sientra following the payment instructions on the invoice.   Starting on April 18th, BIOCORNEUM will be sold exclusively by Biodermis, and any invoices for products ordered on or after this date should be remitted to Biodermis, following the payment instructions provided on the new invoices.

A: Yes, the pricing for BIOCORNEUM products will stay the same. We have received the complete order and pricing history from Sientra to ensure there is no disruption or change in pricing.

Q: Do we need to set up Biodermis as a new vendor in our system?

A: Yes, if you have not previously done business with Biodermis LLC, it is important to add us to your system as a vendor.  Biodermis LLC should replace Sientra, Inc. as the vendor for BIOCORNEUM products listed in your system.  If you require a W-9, please request one from us at orders@biodermis.com.
