Bollywood star bears scars from latest production

Professional actors are often required to perform a lot of skills that most individuals will never encounter, and though the end product may show the character successfully navigating a challenging stunt, the actor behind the role may have has an entirely different experience.

One example is Bollywood starlet Kangna Ranaut, who recently sustained a fractured foot while performing a stunt for an upcoming film. Ranaut, who now bears a lengthy trauma scar on her leg, claims that a lack of safety precautions and lack of a proper trainer led to the accident.

Doctors are insisting that Kangna undergo stem cell surgery to speed along her recovery, though the actress notes that she will not likely be doing much physical work in the near future.

"I cannot run, do heavy exercises or dance for the next couple of months. But that's okay because when it happened to me, I thought I had lost my leg. I was bleeding a lot. But I thank God for protecting me," the actress told DNA India.

Kangna has reportedly turned down plastic surgery to correct her newfound scar, though the actress could reduce the appearance of the tissue through other less invasive scar treatments like silicone ointment.ADNFCR-3015-ID-19716838-ADNFCR
