Xeragel® (XSO-797) - $16.30Michael Dudley put his life on the line for a complete stranger when he noticed a violent confrontation between a married couple outside of a pizza shop, WTVR reports.
Dudley tried to intervene, but the woman's husband shot and killed her, then turned the gun on Dudley and shot him. Dudley survived, but is now left with both mental and physical scarring from the incident.
"The pain started to set in, and I started to get really scared laying on the ground there cause I just started to think, is anyone going to come help me," he told the news source.
He now has a 10-inch scar on his stomach from where the bullet entered his body.
