DeVires was beaten to the ground and was cut across his face cut, resulting in a large scar. He was rushed to the hospital where he was stitched up and monitored for a few hours. He is now home with his daughter, according to the news source.
"I am a good man with nothing to hide and no enemies, trying to bring my daughter up into the world in the right way. Now she will wake up and see daddy with a massive scar on his face, which is not easy to explain," he told the news source.
