Kardashian claims that her sister was "evil" and that when they were younger she used to gather a bunch of kids together and pelt Kim with fruit they picked from a tree.
"I have a big scar on my knee to this day because of her," she told the news source.
Kardashian does say her sister has mellowed since giving birth to her son Mason a few months ago.
Active children are likely to get bumps and bruises, but more serious lacerations could lead to a scar.
Scar treatment products like silicone ointment and gel sheeting may help reduce the appearance of scars for those who would prefer not to have any marks or blemishes.
