Jennifer Grey shows off scar on Dancing With The Stars

MonsterAndCritics.com reports that the actress learned she had thyroid cancer and that her spinal cord was compressed during a routine exam to make sure she was fit enough to compete in the television competition.
On a recent episode of the show, Grey was seen complaining of neck pains during rehearsal. She then lifted her hair and showed off a scar that was hidden beneath it.
The 50-year-old star is now cancer free and has been tearing up the dance floor and impressing the judges.
"The cancer is totally cured, I'm totally cool. Dancing With The Stars was the catalyst for saving my life I guess!" she told the news source.
