The Daily Record reports that Gemma Tallis had undergone breast augmentation surgery, but was left lopsided, leaving her cleavage uneven. When she tried contacting the surgeon who had performed the surgery, she was told she would have to pay to have them corrected.
Luckily, another plastic surgeon, Dr Taimur Shoaib, offered to correct her breasts for free.
"Dr Shoaib was absolutely brilliant with me and I can't thank him enough for everything he has done," she told the news source. "If I could kiss him I would. It's hard to believe that he has done all of this."
Tallis had her implants removed and replaced with ones that better suited her body type. She said she cried the first time she saw them, as she finally felt comfortable with her look.
Many cosmetic surgery procedures involve surgeons making incisions in the skin, which can cause scarring. The use of silicone ointment or gel sheeting may help diminish those marks and return the skin to its natural appearance.
