Biodermis Announces Supplier Agreement with ASO and Initial $250,000 Order
LAS VEGAS (December 8, 2006)

Biodermis, a nationally recognized, Las Vegas – based scar management company, recently announced they have signed an official supplier agreement with ASO Corporation.  The initial $250,000.00 order is the first in a series of purchases guaranteed under the agreement. Biodermis products, Xeragel™ and Pro-Sil™, will be distributed to various pharmaceutical retailers across the nation under this agreement. “An alliance with an industry leader like ASO is pivotal in providing Biodermis necessary leverage for national retail market entry that affords customers direct, convenient access to our Pro-Sil and Xeragel products through world-renowned outlets such as Wal-Mart, CVS and Walgreens,” says Jeff S. Schleuning, Ph.D., Executive Vice President Business Development.

Xeragel is a 100% silicone ointment designed to work in conjunction with silicone gel sheeting (Epiderm™) and low foaming cleanser (SilqueClenz™), as a complete scar prevention and management system.  Pro-Sil™ provides the same industry leading scar management technology found in Xeragel™, in a convenient, easy to apply, glide on applicator (similar to a tube of lip balm). 

ASO is a privately owned, internationally recognized distribution company with a 50 year proven track record of producing high quality wound management products.  ASO has products in retailers across the world including Wal-Mart, CVS, Walgreens, Sav-On and Rite Aid.  ASO will aid Biodermis in facilitating their products in pharmacies across the nation.
